Returns and Refund Policy

At Saint Diamonds, we understand the emotional weight behind every order. Whether you’re ordering a Welcome Kit or beginning the journey of creating a memorial diamond, our return and refund policy aims to offer both clarity and compassion.

To ensure fairness and consistency, please note that this Refund Policy applies exclusively to the return of the Saint Diamonds Welcome Kit. All other products and services — including memorial diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, jewelry settings, and other custom or made-to-order items — are non-refundable due to their personalized and irreversible nature.

1. Return Eligibility – Welcome Kit Only

Customers may request a return of an unused and unopened Saint Diamonds Welcome Kit within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The Welcome Kit must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition, as determined at Saint Diamonds’ sole discretion.
  • The return must be initiated within thirty (30) calendar days of delivery.
  • The Customer must contact Saint Diamonds prior to returning the item (see Section 2).

Important: Welcome Kits that have been used to submit ashes or hair, or that show signs of use, damage, or tampering, are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstance. Saint Diamonds reserves the right to deny refunds for any kits that do not meet these conditions.

2. Return Request Procedure

To request a return, the Customer must contact our team before sending the Welcome Kit:

Please include the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return

Returns sent without prior written authorization may not be accepted or refunded.

3. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • The Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Saint Diamonds strongly recommends using a trackable and insured shipping service.
  • Saint Diamonds is not liable for lost, damaged, or delayed return shipments.
  • Return instructions, including the appropriate shipping address, will be provided upon return authorization.

4. Refund Processing

If the returned Welcome Kit is received in acceptable condition and the return was properly authorized:

  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within ten (10) business days of receipt.
  • Original shipping fees and any transaction processing charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • Any transaction processing fees, customs duties, taxes, or international bank charges are strictly non-refundable.

5. Non-Refundable Products and Services

The following are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Memorial Diamonds
  • Jewelry Settings or Custom-Made Jewelry
  • Diamond Growth Services
  • Engravings or Personalized Add-ons
  • Expedited or Priority Handling Services
  • Custom additions such as natural diamonds, pearls, semi-precious stones, or other specialty materials procured or arranged by Saint Diamonds at the Customer’s request
  • GIA or IGI certification, or any other third-party laboratory or appraisal service
  • Welcome Kits that have been used to send ashes or hair

Once ashes or hair (the “Material”) have been received by Saint Diamonds, the Customer’s order is considered final and strictly non-refundable. Customers acknowledge that preparation, purification, and laboratory scheduling are reserved immediately upon receipt of Material. Therefore, refunds are not possible after Material is received, regardless of whether physical production has begun.

Partial Refunds for Insufficient or Unprocessable Material

In limited cases where submitted Material is insufficient, compromised, or unprocessable, Saint Diamonds may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial refund as further described in the Terms of Service.

6. Defective Diamonds – Regrow Warranty

If a memorial diamond is found to be defective due to material flaws or craftsmanship, Saint Diamonds will regrow the diamond at no additional charge.

Warranty Conditions:

  • The defect must be reported within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the final diamond.
  • The diamond must be returned in its original Saint Diamonds packaging for inspection.
  • This warranty does not cover damage resulting from mishandling, accidents, or unauthorized alterations.

This regrow warranty is provided as a courtesy and does not entitle the Customer to a refund under any circumstance.

7. Fraud and Abuse Protection

Saint Diamonds reserves the right to deny refunds or returns in cases of abuse, fraudulent claims, or if a Customer repeatedly misuses the policy. In such cases, Saint Diamonds may also refuse future orders.

8. Legal Terms

This Returns and Refund Policy is incorporated by reference into Saint Diamonds’ full Terms and Conditions and is governed by the laws and jurisdiction specified therein.

Saint Diamonds reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this policy at any time without prior notice.

If a memorial diamond is lost or damaged in transit prior to delivery, Saint Diamonds will, at its option, regrow the Diamond at no additional charge, provided sufficient Material remains. If the Material is insufficient to regrow the Diamond, Saint Diamonds may, at its discretion, issue a refund. Except as expressly provided herein, no other refunds, returns, or remedies shall apply.

9. Limitation of Liability

Saint Diamonds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.
