A guided journey

A Simple, Guided Process

Seven calm steps — designed to reduce uncertainty and protect what matters most.

You’ll need: 100g of ashes or 10g of hair.

No Obligation Step 1

Begin With the Welcome Kit

We send you a secure kit to collect the materials (100g of ashes or 10g of hair). This kit is free to request and comes with no commitment to purchase. It allows you to take your time and decide when you are ready.

Sending a Small Amount of Ashes

Using the prepaid, insured shipping container included in your kit, you will send a small amount of ashes or hair to our facility.

“We treat every package as if it were our own family member. You will be notified the moment they arrive safely.”

How much is needed: Typically 100g of ashes or 10g of hair.

What happens to the rest: Only the required amount is used. Remaining ashes stay with your family and can be returned according to your preference.

Shipping: The kit includes guidance for secure, discreet packaging and a tracked, insured shipping method.

If you’re not ready: You can request the kit first and take your time. There is no pressure to send anything until you feel ready.

Treated Individually — Always

Ashes are never mixed with others.

We only use the required amount.

Remaining ashes are returned to you.

Tracked via GPS from start to finish.

Read more about individual handling

Individual handling: Each order is treated separately. Materials are never combined with another family’s materials at any step.

Chain of custody: We document handling milestones so you have clarity about where your materials are in the process.

Pause option: If you need time before growth begins, we can pause prior to the most technical stages. You remain in control of the pace.

Updates: We share progress updates gently — enough to reassure you, without overwhelming you.

Step 3

Preparing the Ashes With Care

Upon arrival, we isolate the carbon from the materials. This is done in a specialized high-heat reduction environment. The result is a fine, purified graphite powder — the foundation of your diamond.

Optional — play when you feel ready.

If this feels right, you can begin gently with a Welcome Kit.

Step 4

Diamond Growth Using HPHT Technology

The purified carbon is placed into a High Pressure High Temperature (HPHT) machine. This machine replicates the intense heat and pressure of the earth’s mantle.

Atom by atom, the carbon crystallizes into a rough diamond. This process takes several months, honoring the natural timeline of formation.

Step 5

Expert Cutting & Polishing

Once the rough diamond is fully grown, our master cutters examine it to determine the optimal shape. It is then cut and polished to the highest gemological standards, releasing its inner brilliance.

Step 6

Certification & Personalization

Every Saint Diamond is graded by the GIA or IGI to verify its authenticity and quality.

We can also laser-inscribe a microscopic message on the girdle of the diamond— a name, a date, or “Love You”—forever preserved within the stone.

What This Becomes

Jewelry

“A physical connection that you can hold, wear, and keep close, forever.”

How Long Does the Process Take?

Because we grow each diamond individually, the process typically takes 7 to 11 months. We prioritize quality and respect for the ashes over speed.

Growth & polishing At an individual pace
Completion ~4–8 months

There is no rush. Many families begin simply by receiving the Welcome Kit and deciding later.

Learn what affects timing

Factors include the diamond size (larger stones take longer to grow), the specific color requested,
and the time needed for independent certification.

  • Size: Larger target sizes may require longer growth cycles.
  • Color goals: Some color outcomes can add calibration time.
  • Growth stability: HPHT cycles are monitored to prioritize quality and safety over speed.
  • Certification: Independent grading timelines vary by institute and workload.
